The Role


We are looking for Business Development Managers to join our growing team. The role would be a 100% IC hunter role and would be responsible to identify, qualify and and acquire new logo's (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc) to be listed on Yalah. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years experience working in a similar position and should have knowledge in regards to generic sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To onboard new Restaurant partners on the Yalah platform as per the set KPI’s
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate and UpToDate records of all sales, pipeline, and prospecting activities.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospecting records and align with the Management for contacted and not contacted leads, ensure that the records are entered into personal and automated follow-up processes.  These records will include outbound prospecting calls, converted sales, follow up activities, presentations, sales meeting reports, furcating reports and more.
  • Fine new leads, nurture them and convert them into sales
  • Interact with potential 3rd party partners to help boost sales, increase pipeline and conversions.
  • Create and conduct effective solution and proposal presentations, negotiate, and send agreements quoting the rates as well as business terms & conditions and to get the contract signed by the relevant authorise signatory.
  • Attain accurate and original documentation of documents for partners agreements.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi and Urdu is a plus)
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in a Acquisition and Sales
  • Experience with an e-commerce is a plus. (Zomato, Deliveroo, Talabat, Instashop, Careem etc.. )
  • Experienced in Excel and CRM’s such as Hubspot, Pipedrive, Zoho etc.
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills
  • Solution focused, by understanding needs, suggestions, and always on the hunt for more opportunity
  • Able to work with positive, passionate, and fast paced teams
  • Lead generation is a must / it’s the key
  • UAE License (preferable)
